Kevin DiLegge is an artist specializing in bespoke oil paintings. He graduated with honors from Ringling College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration. From a young age, he was drawn to cityscapes and skyscrapers, sketching urban scenes and exploring architectural forms. Kevin honed his skills in oil painting, studying the techniques of the masters to develop his own distinctive style.
His work explores the interplay of light and atmosphere within Chicago’s ever-changing landscape, using oil paint to bring the city’s architecture, weather, and shifting moods to life. Inspired by the ethereal glow of city and highway lights against luminous sunsets and moons, his nocturne cityscapes transform urban scenes into surreal, dreamlike environments. Through these works, he seeks to evoke the poetic beauty of Chicago and its unique sense of place.
His original oil paintings are collected by clients in Chicagoland, nationally, and internationally. In 2025, his artwork was installed at The Clare Chicago, a luxury high-rise in the Gold Coast.
